about

This song with its grind cressendo is a favourite. I love the idea of an embodies message interacting with mankind, a Buddah type avatar that has a message in soul opposition to dogma and institution with intermediaries in between the soul and the divine. With this avatar reminding people of their potential and great gifts.

lyrics

Your Anthropomorphic Positivity

I’ve come to soothe your aching heart,
To nurture all your whims and chase away the dark.
I’ve come to be your loving friend,
to help you smile and live and grow without end.

And I’ve come to tell you not to fear,
To show you why and then make it crystal clear.
I’ve come to remind you that you're love,
Indivisible from all below and above.

If you hold out your hand to me.
If you open your arms to me.

You’ve come to sculpt the game of life,
To grow beyond the sun and become all light.
You’ve come to look and grow and feel,
Blessed child the journey is longer then you could dream.

You’ve come to joyfully create,
To follow bliss and never, ever, ever sate.
And you’ve come to evolve the system too,
And there is no one living better than you.

And I’ve come to tell you not to fear,
To show you why and then make it crystal clear.
I’ve come to remind you that you're love; indivisible from all below and above.

If you hold out your hand to me…
If you open your arms to me…

I have come to remind you that you're you.
You are me and he is she and they are we in truth.
I have come to remind you that you're you.
You are me and he is she and they are we in truth.

And I have come to remind you that you're you.

We have come to instigate the flame,
To celebrate the truth and remember the game.
We've come to love and grow and show,
To nurture all and learn and then re-sow.

And I’ve come to tell you not to fear,
To show you why and then make it crystal clear.
I’ve come to remind you that you are love.
Indivisible from all below and above.

If you hold out your hand to me…
If you open your arms to me…
I have come to remind you that you're you.
You are me and he is she and they are we in truth.
I have come to remind you that you're you.

You are me and he is she and they are we in truth.

about

Fervency Copenhagen, Denmark

Fervency began in mid-2010 with Thomas Blæsbjerg composing, analogues/synth and strings and co-collaborator Calvin Batley on vocals, lyrics and strings.
With a sound and vibe reminiscent of and as diverse as acts like Depeche mode and Faith No More, the musical landscapes are broad and bound together by the red line of the band, musically and lyrically, on a bed of alternative rock.
